Frequently Asked Questions – TRAVELbdx

How can I request a meal for my flight?
Most airlines charge extra for in-flight meals. You can request a meal when booking your ticket, ideally at least 24 hours before departure. Meal availability depends on the airline, and TRAVELbdx cannot guarantee it.
Why did the flight price increase during booking?
Airline fares change frequently based on demand and seat availability. If the seats you were viewing sell out, the next available fares may be higher. TRAVELbdx updates prices in real time, but sudden changes can occur.
Is the airfare guaranteed once I select it?
Fares are confirmed only after payment is complete and your ticket is issued. Prices may change due to availability or system updates. If a fare shown was outdated, we’ll contact you within three business days with the updated price. You can accept the new fare or cancel for a full refund.
Can I change my ticket after it’s issued?
Generally, changes are not allowed after ticket issuance. Always double-check names, dates, and destinations before finalizing your booking. If booking through an agent, confirm all details with them beforehand.
Are taxes included in the fare?
Yes, all fares on TRAVELbdx include applicable U.S. government taxes and fees, so the total price you see is what you pay, no hidden charges.
Will I be charged extra for ticket changes?
Yes. Changing a ticket usually incurs additional fees. If an agent handles the change, it may be treated as a new booking with associated costs. Check our Taxes & Fees section for details.
Do I need a printed ticket?
Our agents will inform you if a printed ticket is required. For trips involving multiple airlines, it’s recommended to carry a printed copy for safety.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Contact the airline at least 72 hours before departure to confirm your booking, for both outbound and return flights.
Can I add a passenger to an existing ticket or PNR?
No. Adding passengers to an existing booking is not possible. A separate booking must be made for each traveler, and fare or availability may differ.
What happens to baggage if my flight changes?
If the airline has a baggage agreement, checked luggage will be handled for all segments. Otherwise, confirm baggage transfer at each stop.
What documents are required for booking?
Requirements vary depending on departure city, destination, and passport nationality. Always confirm with the airline to ensure you have the correct documents. TRAVELbdx is not responsible if boarding is denied due to incomplete documentation.
